Butter tablet is the Scottish version of fudge. Traditionally made with sugar, butter and condensed milk, it has a wonderful texture and flavour all of it's own.
Combining Ross's of Edinburgh authentic Scottish tablet with a mixture of white and 'gold' chocolate. Gold chocolate is white chocolate that's been made with caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, and has rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt.
