Olive Odyssey work hand in hand with dedicated Palestinian farmers to bring the rich and authentic taste of Palestine straight to your table, sharing their story through tradition-rich, delicious olive oil.

Harvested by farmer Nasser Darawshi, the Nabali olives used in this blend are a cornerstone of Palestinian olive oil tradition. This cold-pressed oil has been perfected over generations, with carefully cultivated olives transformed through multiple specialised extraction methods.

This versatile extra virgin olive oil starts light on the palate and evolves into a full-bodied complexity, finishing with the distinctive peppery flavour that is the signature of Nabali. It pairs perfectly as a finishing oil for traditional Palestinian dishes, drizzled over grilled meats and vegetables of everyday cooking for an enhanced, balanced flavour.

Each bottle features bold and beautiful graphic artwork by Palestinian designers. This lovely label is designed by Aya Gazawi Faour, artist and co-founder of Olive Odyssey.
