Founded by husband and wife duo; Matt and Ish, Ocelot Chocolate is a small, Edinburgh-based business with a passion for top quality, ethically sourced, organic chocolate. Each bar of chocolate by Ocelot is handmade, designed, and packaged in their micro chocolate factory. The Violet Milk bar uses Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a pioneering women's cooperative in Eastern Congo, combined with rich Swiss milk, to make an exceptional organic dark milk chocolate, gently lifted by a subtle infusion of violet.
