Dukkah is a Middle Eastern inspired but and spice blend. Cumin, fennel and coriander seeds are toasted alongside nuts and then tossed with herbs and slung over the most basic veg, cheese or meat to transform them into something magical.
Traditionally dukkah is less of a recipe and more of the process - “dukkah” actually means 'to pound'. The exact contents of the blend changes with the season and the area - hazelnuts, pistachios and walnuts are used, sometimes. This dukkah takes that to heart. Every batch of Goat Rodeo Goods dukkah is a bit different, as they mix the dried spices and nuts with a selection of dried herbs and flowers so every batch reflects the seasons.
