We are delighted to stock a selection of one off, exclusive pieces designed & made by Kathryn Williamson.
Kathryn's jewelry is inspired by her personal treasure trove of items she has collected over time. This includes inherited and found objects, fragments of pottery and precious plastics found on the beaches of Fife, plus patterned from collected or inherited ceramics and textiles.
Kathryn is art school trained and moved back to her native Fife in 2000 to start her own business in her Pittenweem workshop perched on a cliff edges, overlooking the Firth of Forth.
In amongst the one off pieces we stock, we also have some special commissions inspired by our Plastics: Remaking Our World exhibition, where Kathryn used beach found plastics for this clever collection showing how trash can truly be treasure.
All items are recycled silver, hallmarked in Edinburgh, containing engraved acrylic, beach found ceramics and plastic,
