Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this whisky is finished in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and 30 year old Apostoles sherry casks, and includes the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore spirit.

The Dalmore Luminary No 2 - Flavour Profile
The Aroma: Manuka honey, antique leather, cherry blossom, and the fruity notes of pomegranate and guava.
On the Palate: Ripe fig, Seville orange, forest fruits, Colombian coffee, fermented limes, and brioche.
Finishing Notes: Freshly roasted hazelnuts, wood spice, dark cocoa, Alphonso mangoes, and a whisper of herbal wood smoke.
