A powerhouse couple with a long history in Scottish weaving industry.

Stag and Bruce are an independent family run textile company based in Edinburgh, with a focus on unique design and sustainable manufacturing. They produce small batches of pure new wool blankets, using surplus yarn - high quality excess yarn sourced within the UK textile industry, which might have otherwise been discarded.

This process enables them to minimalise their impact on the environment, while producing small quantities of high quality limited edition blankets and accessories.

All their blankets are made in the UK, supporting local industry and talented craftspeople - colleagues and friends they have come to know well throughout their long history in the industry. 

Working responsibly with their small team, they create thoughtful mindful products with integrity, continuing to contribute to the rich history and community of the UK textile industry.
