Dundee Cake was first produced in the late 1970s by the iconic brand James Keiller & Son, best known for their creation of marmalade, a kitchen cupboard staple. Today Goodfellow & Steven bake these handmade fruit cakes using a traditional recipe with a touch of Mackays marmalade to boot!
