We are delighted to stock this gorgeous Glen Check blanket by Stag and Bruce. Stag & Bruce are an independent family run textile company based in Edinburgh, with a focus on unique design and sustainable manufacturing. They produce small batches of pure new wool blankets, using surplus yarn - high quality excess yarn sourced within the UK textile industry, which might have otherwise been discarded. This process and its accompanying boundaries, enables them to minimalize their impact on the environment, while producing small quantities of high quality limited edition blankets and accessories.
Glen Check is a development of the Shepherd's Plaid - this check originated in the 1800's and our version includes a combination of white & cream in the light section of the pattern to create a softer aged look.
