Express Shipping: £9.95 (if items are ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday)
Standard shipping: UK & British Islands orders will be dispatched within 3 -5 working days upon receipt of order and will be shipped by Royal Mail. You will be sent a notification via email confirming when your parcel has been shipped and depending on the size, weight and value of your order, this may contain a link to track the parcel's progress. Orders may be sent in separate packages.
If no-one is present to take delivery and in cases sign for the parcel, you should receive a calling card from the courier explaining how and where to collect your parcel or who to call to organise a re-delivery. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within a certain period of time it will be returned to V&A Dundee and you may be charged extra storage costs. Re-delivery can then be arranged but will incur a supplementary postage cost.
We expect that your order should be with you within 3-5 working days, but please be advised that once orders have been dispatched, we cannot always account for external factors that might cause delays. If delivery, or attempted delivery has not been made within ten days from the order date, or you have any concerns about the status of your order or shipping times, then please contact shop@vandadundee.org, or give us a call on 01382 411704 and our team will be glad to assist you.
International Shipping
Europe: Standard International Shipping - £25
United States: Standard International Shipping -£30
Rest of the World: Standard International Shipping - £35
International deliveries can normally be expected to arrive within 14 days of dispatch. Please note and take into account that delays may be caused by customs clearance procedures.

Import Duties
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or delivery charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These may vary by destination and the V&A Shop is not responsible for paying these charges.

Part Deliveries
If you have ordered multiple items, from time to time we may have to ship your order in separate packages. Please not that regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you will only be charged the original postage amount at the time you placed your order (if you qualify for free shipping the this will be £0). Should this be the circumstance, we will be unable to guarantee that all packages will arrive together. Please allow for the stated delivery times for your entire order to arrive before contacting us.
Sustainability
The packaging of goods may vary from that shown on our website. We aim to use sustainable, eco-friendly and recycled packaging where possible; the recycled content in our cardboard boxes ranges from 60%-90%. Certain items will require additional packaging materials (for example, ceramics or other fragile products) and as such we will use suitable protective plastic bubble wrap or air shock plastic bags, both of which can be fully recycled.
As part of our commitment to operating as sustainably as possible and reducing our paper and cardboard consumption, large orders may be delivered in a re-used or recycled box.
