This is the roast potato seasoning to end all roast potato seasoning. A minimum of 50g will make approx 1.5kg of the tastiest roasties you ever had! The food of love
Instructions: parboil your tatties until fork-tender, drain, shake, generously scatter this seasoning over them and shake again. Roast in a preheated tray of hot oil (or goosefat for you meat eaters, at 200c for 25 mins (shale again, half way thru'). Turn down to 180c and bake for approx another 30 mins until golden brown.
