Bacsac classic fabric plant pots

These classic planters are a great introduction to potting with Bacsac. In their green/brown geotextile felt, with a radically pared-down aesthetic this is where it all began for the brand. Functional, beautiful utility all in one great fabric planter.

With no protective outer layer, this humus felt is suitable for shady and semi-shady exposures. Available in five sizes, the classic pot helps your plants grow, from seed to tree. Permeable, it lets the soil breathe and excess water to drain. For indoor use, place a dish under the pot.

  • Material: A Bacsac reinvention, they reappropriated the geotextile cloth used by vegetable growers and plant nurseries as mulch. Designed to be in constant contact with the earth, it allows the soil to breathe. This material’s characteristics are what gave life to the BACSAC® concept.

BACSAC® is a French brand that designs flexible planters, garden accessories, and everyday objects to bring you closer to nature.

While nature is their inspiration, they have a penchant for the city. To tackle a lack of access to fertile soil, contaminated ground, and weight and space constraints, they created BACSAC®: a cultivable plot of land amid the concrete jungle. With the ambition to offer a relevant, convenient, and sustainable solution that addresses multiple issues, reintroducing nature into the city and adapting it to any scale: from the smallest balcony to the grandest landscaping projects.
