This set of 12 postcards celebrates the striking architecture of V&A Dundee, Scotland’s design museum on the waterfront.
Inspired by the rugged cliff faces of north-east Scotland, the building’s dramatic form is the work of internationally renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and his studio, Kengo Kuma & Associates. The extraordinary three-storey structure, formed from two inverted pyramids, is constructed from 21 curved concrete walls and more than 2,500 pre-cast stone panels.
Featuring architectural sketches inspired by the design of the museum, this postcard set offers a unique way to share or display the architecture of one of Scotland’s most iconic contemporary buildings.
A distinctive souvenir from V&A Dundee and a thoughtful gift for architecture and design enthusiasts.
V&A Dundee is the first design museum in Scotland and the only museum in the UK designed by Kengo Kuma.
