The Portfolio Series 3 2024 limited edition release from The Dalmore is finished in casks from one of the world's most iconic states. Classified as a Premier Cru Classe, this honour is reserved for only the finest estates in the Bordeaux region.
Limited to 1000 bottles. Exclusively available online and instore from V&A Shop Dundee. The Portfolio Series 2 is part of a collection of 3 bottles - The Portfolio Series 1 and The Portfolio Series 3.

The Portfolio Series 3 - Flavour Profile
- The Aroma: Dark forest fruits, Seville oranges, liquorice and cedar wood.
- On the Palate: Blackcurrant, baked apples, demerara sugar, intertwined with warm dark cacao.
- Finishing Notes: Bergamot, passion fruit, baked brioche, and a balanced wood spice.

The Portfolio Series 2024 Designer Fraser Gray is an Edinburgh-based visual artist who's abstract packaging design for the series depicts unusual angles taken from the architecture of The Dalmore distillery and features a bold colour palette, inspired by the flavours found within the three whiskies.
